LUNITIC -
Mike Calvin
---- July
Edition - Volume 2 - Issue 1
-Out
of all the devestation and destruction of hurricane
Katrina a lot of the local artist had to relocate to
other parts of the country and restart their careers!
when you are trying to make it in entertainment being
stable and people knowing where you are is very important!
Because of this we now have Lunitic all the way from
Baton Rouge ,LA. As always when you are listening to
a hip hop artist from the south you can be sure that
we will have hard rappin’,melodic beats and words
of reality. this is the trademark of most of these cats
that get down in the dirty - dirty. What really hits
home is this young man unlike a lot of musical artist
he is dedicated to his little girl and woman. as an
artist he is hot! we have played his trax at F. TUCKS
people enjoyed and danced to his music. in fall ‘07
the appletown hip hop conplilation will bw out and all
the artist you have read about will be represented on
this album.. PEACE TILL NEXT TIME..... - DJ, Mike Calvin

----This
month we have one of the first local hip hop artist
to come out of Northern New York. Going back to the
80’s this young man has been putting it down,
promoting the music and culture of hip hop. One day
a long time ago this dad invited me to check out his
son! So I drove to Brasher Falls, and right across from
a hot bar called Lille’s (a former classmate at
SLU owned it), I went into a candy store and game room,
the kind you see in big city neighborhoods. I saw a
young man rappin, dj -equipment was table’s mixer
drum machine and keyboards. I was shocked!? No one but
I was presenting music like this. The young man was
Eddie Moses. Earth Date May 18th,2007. Now we have a
young man who is putting together a CD of new tracks
and a stage show for this summer that will finally get
him the props he has been seeking for years. He along
with a number of artist I have introduced you too will
be signed in the next 8 months I will be programming
