Sponsored by the Northern New York Community Foundation, Community Performance Series presents Canadian Brass, the "world's most famous brass group," at SUNY Potsdam's Hosmer Hall at 7:30 pm on March 9th.

The "Kings of Brass" have an international reputation as one of the most popular modern brass ensembles, and have performed in virtually every major concert hall in the world. Renowned for genre-bending versatility and joyous performances, the award-winning Canadian Brass is a can't miss event!

Each Canadian Brass concert demonstrates their full range of genres, from trademark Baroque and Dixieland tunes to new compositions and arrangements created especially for them. This phenomenal group will be performing a taste of their extensive repertoire, covering songs from "West Side Story", the Beatles' "Penny Lane," Mozart's "Magic Flute," as well as a tribute to Arthur Frackenpohl, a faculty alum of the Crane School of Music who worked extensively with the group.

To see the performances of these songs and more, be sure to purchase your tickets to the show today! For more information, or to purchase tickets, please visit or contact the box office at 315-267-2277.
