Future home of an artists' co-op?

Historic Clark House in Waddington, NY - future home of an artists' co-op?

The Town of Waddington has low rent, and open downtown spaces available for working artists' studios. In addition, there is discussion about the historic Clark House as a potential site for an artists' co-op, with gallery/shop space on the first floor and artists' studio space on the upper floors. Planners are seeking input from artists who are interested in seeing the space developed for an artists' co-op and/or studio space - the quantity of interest and the types of input they receive will help determine their future plans and grant seeking.

Email John F. Tenbusch, St. Lawrence County Planning Office,

to express interest in the development of Clark House:

Contact Mark Scott, SLC Arts' Board President,

to discuss available spaces in Waddington for artists' studio spaces.
